 Rizz them up (give them free value). 
  
 Pitch the date (sell the implementation). 
  
 Ask for the date (ask for the sale). 
  
 But mfs will go straight for the kill and ask for the sale. 
  
 Don’t do that. 
  
 Qualify first.
