 I had never heard of this before I started my new role at Randstad. Every morning we are encouraged to choose our “frog” for the day. This approach has been a game changer , not only in my professional life but also in my personal life.
 
 Whether it’s getting back to the gym, handling finances or mastering a new hobby, identifying and tackling our “frogs” early can make all the difference. ✔
