We used to have an annoying chatbot on our website that would pop up and interrupt our visitor when reading our website.
 
 Then when they would respond, we would make them wait, or panic a team member because Fergus or I were in a meeting.
 
 Thanks to #AI this is (hopefully) about to change.
 They respond immediately.
 And they may actually do a better job than us.
 
 Our new AI chatbot has read all the material on our website, and is currently eating the transcripts of our sales calls.
 
 Chris Patterson and I are going through final testing and it'll go live this month... (thanks for your patience with us Chris)
 
 It feels a tad risky as you don't really know what it will say.
 
 But it seems to be doing a pretty good job so far!!
