 As you begin another week, have you asked yourself or your team what you are going to do differently this week to achieve the results you expect?
 
 This may not be applicable if you are crushing your goals and accomplishing everything you would like to achieve, no sense in fixing what isn't broken. However, this isn't the case for many. This year has presented head winds and challenges for many industries, so you must adapt.
 
 Hitting a number or checking a box to meet a metric only hurts yourself in the long run. Challenge the status quo, think outside the box, try something new that you haven't tried before. Not only will this be refreshing, but it just might also net you the results you weren't finding elsewhere.
