You will learn more from disagreement than agreement. If you are active on social medias, having lots of followers and interactions but if they mostly agree with you, you hardly learn anything. 
 
 How to have more disagreement? Be vulnerable, be authentic, be real. True opinions always bring in some disagreement and it might change your view and you learn from it. And if it brings agreement, you have a closer friend.
