Don't: Focus on features. Make everyone do the same thing. Show them everything your product can do. Do: Focus on how your product can help them. Get rid of "one size fits all" user journeys. Help them solve their first goal. Remember that onboarding is just the beginning. When you give them a positive first impression. Their likeliness to activate and explore more of your product will increase exponentially. So just focus on their first steps towards value.
