How you can waste your time as a first time founder?

- Conferences
- Being in top lists
- Making only cold outreach
- Agreeing on meetings with 0 value
- Get advice from smn who has not done it themselves
- Spending time on looking for investors, instead of customers

Before I wanted to be in the list all the time, and with first company we were in all lists, believe me 😂 

If I would be a first time founder again I would focus to: 
- Start from building in public
- Create personal brand on Linkedin/Twitter first
- Create distribution channel 
- Learn more on growth 
- Building connections  and supporting other founders 

As building the products get easier but distribution gets harder. 
--> Focus on channel, even without the product.
