Tiffany this is a great list for our fellow #LinkedIn'ers who are sidelined for now. I would add one more thing that many who have worked at LinkedIn may not consider ... you are SO close to your profile, take another look at it!
 
 1. Is it structured in a way that delivers your professional brand?
 2. Is it scannable, easy to understand and not filled with buzz?
 3. Is it self-promoting or 'team' promoting?
 4. Is it "ATS" friendly (applicant tracking systems like bullets and simple formats)?
 5. Is it reflective not only of what you DID do, but what you WANT to do, as a pro?
