How do you create a custom LinkedIn banner that grabs the attention of recruiters and hiring managers in today’s competitive job market? For starters, there are several options for making your banner: 
 
 1️⃣ Hire a professional graphic designer
 2️⃣ Choose one of LinkedIn’s custom images
 3️⃣ Use a self-service graphic design tool

 Now, here are a few tips to make the banner as compelling as possible:
 
 ✅ Focus the content on your areas of expertise, fabulousness, and consolidated career wins.
 
 ✅ Consider crafting a branding statement that concisely summarizes your work and impact. This can be as simple as, “I help [target audience] to [solution] so they can [result].”
 
 ✅ DON’T add your favorite quote to your banner, as your profile is about you, not someone you admire.
