Linkedin is cliquey AF.

It feels like everyone is commenting on the same 20-30 people's content in the hope of being 'noticed' by them.

That's the feedback I get.

(From people who attend my LinkedIn Masterclass).

But it's not 'LinkedIn's fault.'

It's ours.

"If you engage with 10-15 top creators 30 minutes before you post and for 30 minutes after, you will hack growth on LinkedIn"

Where did you hear that?

Let me guess: from a 'top creator'.

(The person who RELIES on your engagement) 🤣

So try this for a week:

Comment on anyone in your newsfeed whose content:

- Brightens up your day

- Teaches you something

- Provokes new thoughts

It doesn't matter if they have 3 likes or 3000.

See how much better you feel.

If everyone engages with content they genuinely enjoy we'd spotlight some absolutely cracking people.

And build GENUINE relationships!
