I learned a secret about LinkedIn this weekend 🫢
When you use the EASY APPLY button…
Your resume does not get carried over to their ATS system.
Just your LinkedIn
↳ So what does that mean?
→ Avoid the easy apply
→ Go directly to the companies page
→ Find the role
→ Then apply

“We'll send you the job offer after our call today. Excited to work with you!”
That’s what a VP of customer success told me 2 years ago.
But things didn’t go as planned…
I did 6 rounds of interviews
1. Screening call with the recruiter
2. Hiring manager
3. Interview with 2 CSM’s
4. Interview with the Manager of Customer Success
5. Interview with the Director of Customer Success
6. Interview with the VP of customer Success.
I remember asking the VP “So what’s after this, what happens now?”
They said:
“Nothing, we’re good to go, we’ll send you the job offer after our call today Noah, we’re excited to have you”.
But that call never came.
Instead; they sent me a rejection email.
I was shocked.
But.
I acted professionally, and asked for feedback.
That never arrived either.
Treat people better.
Because we have LONG memories.

Brian went from an unemployed sales guy to a remote CSM in 4 months
(Here’s How)
Brian was a seasoned salesman.
But he wanted a change:
-Tired of cold calling
-Running demos hourly
-Living full of stress on the weekends
-Sick of needing to hit quota every quarter
He reached out to me
I told him things weren’t going to be easy
He needed to transition his entire story
There was huge odds stacked against him
But he was ready.
So we turned on the lighters to begin the FIRE Framework:
1. We translated his sales background into customer facing actions and revenue
focused responsibilities
2. Spoke through his stories to where he was talking about his career to recruiters perfectly
3. Worked through QBR and panel presentations to be confident during the interview process.
4. Learn what a CSM role looks like; and the necessary responsibilites to translate from sales to.
5.Strategized how to approach his job hunt strategy with his unique background.
The work was real from Brian
-600 applications
-24 interviews
-10 assignments
-3 final interviews
But he landed that CSM Job
-Remote
-87K OTE
-100% Medical Benefits
-401K Matching (Retirement)
He took action
We worked together
And now he’s living his best CSM remote life
The one he promised himself he was going to get.
Grateful to be able to help people hit their career goals.

Becoming a Customer Success Manager (CSM) is achievable.
(Yes, Really)
I've witnessed individuals from diverse backgrounds, such as mortgage specialists, teachers, and salespeople, successfully transition into this role.
The key is unwavering determination.
Many successful clients have shared their journey with me.
They all have a powerful 'why' that propels them through the tough times.
You have to start somewhere:
-Be prepared to look like a fool
-Embrace the discomfort
-Begin even when you're uncertain
-Start before you feel ready.
Expect to make mistakes.
Over time, you will improve.
1. You will face fewer rejections
2. You will start getting interviews
3. Eventually, you will land the job.
The initial discomfort is part of the process.
Take the first step today.
Start applying.
Remember, this is a grind.
Job hunting often involves months of rejection before you get that one 'yes'.
Trust the process.
Remember, becoming a CSM is not just about securing a job.
It's about fulfilling a dream.
Don't let the fear of failure or rejection stop you.
Keep pushing forward.
Take that first step today.
Your journey to becoming a CSM starts now.

LinkedIn is a terrible job board.
(This is going to annoy A LOT of people)
-Ever applied for a job that turned out to be a scam?
-Or a job with a description so vague, it could mean anything?
-How about that company that keeps reposting the same position every month?
-And don't get me started on the searchability; filtering jobs on LinkedIn is an actual joke.
That's why I created the No BS Job Board for Sales, Customer Success, and Support.
1. You'll find jobs from all over the world - North America, Europe, and the UK
2. Specifically created for Customer Success, Support, and Sales Jobs
3. Remote, in-person, and hybrid roles
4. It's updated every 6 hours
5. Weekly updates emailed
Check out how Laura used my job board and landed an interview for the first time in 11 months!
And the best part? It's all for less than the cost of a Happy Meal.
Welcome to the No BS Job Board - a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to
finding your next job.

I was a neuroscience PhD candidate at McMaster University
Yes, that's right, the #2 ranked school in Canada.
But I quit after my first year.
Best decision I've ever made.
The old story of:
-Go to school
-Get a degree
-Make six figures
Is as outdated as dial-up internet.
More and more people are waking up to the fact that university isn't the golden ticket it's made out to be.
My CSM team is made up of people with degrees in:
1. English
2. History
3. Psychology
4. Politics
5. Criminology
6. Accounting
7. Philosophy
Those degrees have ZERO to do with our jobs.
That's why I'm sounding the alarm.
Don't get caught in the trap of being over-educated and under-qualified.
Trust me, it's a terrible place to be.
I was almost there myself.

How I helped Chris go from applying to hundreds of CSM jobs, getting only 1 interview, to landing a job $7k over asking in just 4 weeks:
My client Chris was the textbook, good human, family man, CSM.
But he:
-Was spinning his wheels for months
-Applied to hundreds of jobs
-Only secured 1 interview
-Was running out of $
-Nearly out of time
So we grabbed our lighters and started my F.I.R.E Framework 🔥🚒
1. We rewrote his resume, cover letter, and linkedIn (by a Tech recruiter)
2. Practiced his story telling skills to captivate his CSM skills and ability to drive revenue and reduce churn
3. Used my job boards that update every 6 hours to ensure he was getting the freshest jobs on the market
4. Got his confidence back into the green by talking him through his accomplishments as a CSM.
And then he had to put in the work.
To be clear, not the NETWORK busy work; the actual hard, time sucking,
rejection filled WORK.
It only took 4 weeks for his efforts to pay off
Yes, 28 days later.
He got:
-Benefits day 1
-1 CSM job offer
-$7K above his asking range
And most importantly:
A very happy wife + 3 kids
I LIVE FOR THESE types of experiences.
Because they are real, raw, and human.
I’m the best CSM coach in the game
(I’m also the only one who actually is a CSM)
P.S
If you are:
Ready to invest $ in yourself to get the career you want
Not hearing back from any companies

Tired of not landing interviews

Got scammed by a #Guru
Then DM me the word “Chris” and i’ll send you the details.
3/5 spots are gone, which means there’s only 2 left.
And I'm increasing the price June 1.
