You can hear "no" a hundred times.
But hearing "yes" on the 101st time
makes it all worth it.
For that 101st time,
You have to try as hard as hell.
Why am I saying this to you...?
Let me explain ⤵️
When I started my personal brand journey,
I heard a thousand "no"s.
Nobody was ready to take my services.
Clients came and went.
I felt so disheartened.
I didn't know what to do.
How could I convince people to take my services?
But as people say,
When there's a will, there's a way.
If you continue your journey,
You'll surely find a way to reach your destination.
So, what I did was:
📍Worked heavily on my brand positioning.
📍Shifted my content approach..
📍Began solving problems in DMs.
📍Started giving 1:1 coaching sessions.
And here I am now,
Have started my journey 1.5 years back.
Happy that I took the leap of faith.
Everything was a blur to me back then,
But now I know where my future lies.
So, if you don't know what you're doing now,
Just keep on going.
You'll surely find a way to reach your destination.
Just give yourself some time.
P.S. Thoughts?

Your post impressions took off.
They grew by over 1,000+ % on May 13th.
When I see this notification on my client's profile,
I breathe a sigh of relief. Why? Let me tell you the backstory.
Last month, I experimented with a new niche, going all in for it.
The result? It was a total disaster.
You may ask why. It's because his audience failed to resonate with that content.
They've associated my client with a specific niche, of which he's regularly posting content.
But now, for a totally different niche, it's not acceptable.
So, I followed the below strategy in this case:
-> Repurpose his best-performing posts from the past 6 months.
-> Revamp the whole content strategy.
-> Limit the posting of new niche content.
-> Just post a single post regarding that.
The result is as mentioned above. What's the lesson?
-> Don't go all in for a new niche.
-> Prepare your audience bit by bit.
One thing you shouldn't neglect is LinkedIn analytics.
Just keep a close eye on it; it's your best mentor.
Remember,
LinkedIn algorithm works based on your audience's likes and dislikes.
If you're facing a decline in your results, it's a matter of thinking.
Don't panic. Take a deep breath and try to analyze the situation, then take necessary measures to resolve the issues.

Dear founders and creators,
(Kindly decide your goal before creating content
for your personal brand).
After working with founders in my PERSONAL BRAND journey,
I've realized this is a much needed post (I've seen many
creators making the same mistake).
Decide your goal before posting content on socials.
If your aim is:
💥 To gain more followers, then post more:
- Educational content.
- Humorous content.
- Motivational content.
- Real-life experiences.
💥 To get leads and build authority, then post more:
- "How I" content instead of "How to."
- Client case studies.
- Client testimonials.
- Results from clients after using your product/service.
- Actionable tips and tricks for solving X problem in your industry.
- Personal stories with lessons for your audience.
👉 Kindly, make one thing clear:
If your goal is to gain followers on LinkedIn,
Then BE BROAD in your content and post content that caters
to the masses (Besides that post 2-3 times for 2x your
followers growth).
BUT, if your goal is to gain leads and build authority, then BE SPECIFIC, because specificity sells on LinkedIn.
You might experience slower follower growth in the ☝️ case, but you'll get targeted leads for sure, and that's what everybody is here for.
PS - It's my humble request to founders especially:
don't mix up these two approaches because
it'll affect your ultimate goal.
PSS - Have you set your goal for LinkedIn?
