โEmail is dead" gets thrown around a lot
It's like saying diets don't work or exercise is pointless.
They do work, but it's all about the execution
doing them right, being consistent, and putting in the effort to see actual results.
Sticking to a diet is toughโ cravings, temptation, not knowing where to start, low motivation etc
Sending out cold emails feels similar โ you're just chucking messages into a black hole and getting nothing back.
However, in our world, email is thriving
Across the board, weโre seeing amazing results โ from higher open rates to surges in click-throughs and conversions.
It takes a lot of work.
It requires a proper strategy, the right tech tools, testing, experiments and a good chunk of your time and resources to get right
But what option do we have?
Continue us as we are and burn the email channel completley
Or
Innovate, pivot, optimise, adopt new tech and push/challenge our clients do do/think better

Donโt be discouraged by low numbers (what I call โvanity metricsโ).
Early in your marketing process, your social media, blog posts, or webinars might only reach 100 โฆ or 40 โฆ or 8 people.
That is not a failure. Those are 100, 40, or 8 people you have opportunity to serve.
Reframe those numbers: if 8, or 40, or 100 people showed up in a room to hear you speak, youโd be ecstatic.
