→ Say yes to everything
→ Be prepared to look like a fool
→ Drop the ego (the sooner the better)
→ F*ck the business plan, you don't need one
→ Just get started, you don't need VC funding
→ If it feels like a roller coaster, you are on the right path 🎢
At the same time:
→ Find people to learn from
→ Let the no’s fuel you forward
→ Build your personal brand & audience from DAY ONE
→ Surround yourself with people who challenge you to aim higher
→ Combine AI & human soft skills & make it your competitive advantage 🧠
Have a laser-focus on:
→ Doing things that don’t scale
→ Be obsessed with CUSTOMERS
→ Go all in on organic customer acquisition
→ Convert traffic to revenue: audience → targeted traffic to your LinkedIn profile → your website → convert traffic → repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat 📈
When you get MOMENTUM:
→ Start saying no
→ Raise your prices
→ Lean into patience & play the long game
→ Build an ECOSYSTEM around your company
→ A targeted landing page (enable conversion) is a MUST
→ Create loads of CONTENT: educate, inspire and entertain
→ Avoid a serious headache: have documentation & processes in place 😅
The flywheel will spin faster & faster.

Top performers are stepping off their 9-5.
It's happening across ALL industries.
→ 5.5 million Americans started a business during 2023 - a record year.
If employers don't adapt to the current market, they will be left with B-players and C-players.

What does that mean?
→ Employers need to realise that top performers don't need you the same way they did 5-10 years ago.
The market is changing, and it’s changing FAST.
→ A-players want growth.
→ A-players want to have side hustles.
→ A-players are driven and hungry people.
→ A-players want to build on the side of their 9-5.
→ A-players want a flexible job and want to be trusted.
Employers need to change. Period.
If you haven't already, you should consider asking your best people what they want.
→ Do it before its too late.
